Our Training Room is available for rent to businesses and community groups. Centrally-located and state-of-the-art, it is also comfortable and reasonably-priced.

Training Room Rental Policy

Pursuant to the Prevention First Executive Board’s request, the following is the policy for rental of Prevention First’s Training Institute facilities by external organizations. This policy has been created to serve as a guideline for dealing with all potential clients and establishes a general outline of how the agency will assist external organizations.

Prevention First’s Training Institute is dedicated to providing excellent service for all of our clients. Our objective is to relieve the client of all logistics associated with renting a facility so they can focus on having a successful meeting/training. In order to meet these goals, it is necessary to maintain broad and flexible parameters so that all customers can be appropriately accommodated. At this time, no public events can be accommodated.

Facility Charges

Prevention First charges three basic fees:

• Room Rental Fee: See For-Profit Application and Non-Profit Application for fees.
• Direct Costs: This charge includes basic costs for equipment requested and food services.
• Administrative Costs: Indclues custodial services.
